Generators for running a Mausritter hexcrawl: the map, the places on it, and the mice who live there. They share the same tables files, so pick Candyland in one and you get candyfolk in all of them.

Hexcrawl Generator

Roll a hex map with landmarks, details and settlements, then run it: pin what the players know, keep session notes, and hand out a player map.

  • Saves maps as .mausmap, player maps as -player.mausmap

Site & Settlement Generator

Build an adventure site for a hex (theme, factions, stocked rooms, a room map, treasure and encounters) or a settlement with its notable mice.

  • Opens a .maushex and fits the site to its landmark and neighbours
  • Adds the result to the hex and exports it back
  • PDF, map PNG and text

Mice & NPCs

Roll player mice by the book, plus notable mice, hirelings and creatures. Every sheet is editable on screen: usage dots, conditions, Grit, levelling up.

  • Saves characters as .mausmouse, NPC player copies as -player.mausmouse
  • Styled PDF sheet and a fillable PDF form
  • Keeps a roster in your browser
Open

How they fit together

Generate a map in the Hexcrawl Generator. Right-click a hex and choose Export hex.
Open that .maushex in the Site & Settlement Generator, build the site, press Add to hex, then Export .maushex.
Back on the map, Import hex. The site lands in that hex's long description.
Roll the party and the mice they'll meet in Mice & NPCs. Print the sheets or hand out fillable ones.
